Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened or unboxed unless they are faulty.

To start a return, please contact us at info@toddlerandtiny.com. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for your refund to be processed after your return reaches our warehouse.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@toddlerandtiny.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include a brief description along with 2–3 clear photos of the problem.

We'll work with you to put things right as quickly as possible.
