A play couch is a modular, foam-based sofa designed for kids to build, climb, relax, and imagine. It’s the perfect blend of toy and furniture, perfect for building forts, obstacle courses, cosy reading nooks and dens for movie nights.

Our play couch is designed for children aged 1 and up. It’s perfect for toddlers learning to climb, school-aged kids with big imaginations, and even comfy enough for adults to join in the fun.

Each play couch set comes with 10 pieces: 

• Two sturdy base cushions
• Two upper base cushions
• Two triangular support cushions
• Two circle cushions
• Two armrest cushions

Toddler & Tiny's cushions are made entirely out of foam - no hard bars, bolts, of chunky bits to get hurt on. Our foam is CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning it is made free of mercury, lead, and formaldehyde; safe for your home and the most precious people in it. Our covers are made from soft, durable, OEKO-TEX® certified velvet fabric. We love these world class fabrics because they are super durable (stain resistant, machine washable, shrink-resistant) whilst also being super soft and smooth against the skin! Our textiles are STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified meaning they are tested to the highest safety standards and free from any harmful substances and dyes.

Yes! Our covers are removable and machine washable at 30°C. We recommend air drying to preserve the fabric’s colour and texture.

Orders placed before 11:00 am (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders placed after 11:00 am on Friday, or over the weekend or Bank Holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Yes. Our foam and covers are designed to handle everyday jumps, flips, and fort-building adventures. However, adult supervision is always recommended during active play.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our play couches, covering manufacturing defects in foam or covers.

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened or unboxed unless they are faulty.

To start a return, please contact us at info@toddlerandtiny.com. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for your refund to be processed after your return reaches our warehouse.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@toddlerandtiny.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include a brief description along with 2–3 clear photos of the problem.

We'll work with you to put things right as quickly as possible.

We’re happy to exchange items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

To arrange an exchange, please contact us at info@toddlerandtiny.com. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that all shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
